SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Keystone Sanctuary coordinates premium wellness equipment, freight, delivery, and project-specific logistics. Shipping and delivery arrangements vary by product, manufacturer, destination, site conditions, and the services selected.
ORDER-SPECIFIC TERMS
Available delivery methods, estimated timing, freight charges, white-glove services, installation coordination, and any site requirements will be provided in the written quote, invoice, or order confirmation before an order is finalized.
LEAD TIMES
Manufacturing and transit estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Timing may change because of supplier production, product configuration, carrier conditions, weather, access restrictions, permitting, or other circumstances outside Keystone Sanctuary’s reasonable control. We will communicate material updates when available.
SITE ACCESS AND READINESS
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and confirming suitable access, receiving capacity, utilities, foundations, ventilation, clearances, permits, and other site-readiness requirements identified for the project. Additional services or charges resulting from inaccurate information, restricted access, failed delivery, storage, or rescheduling may apply when disclosed by the supplier or carrier.
DELIVERY INSPECTION
Inspect all shipments promptly and retain packaging and available photographs if damage or shortages are suspected. Contact projects@keystonesanctuary.com as soon as reasonably possible so we can coordinate review with the carrier or supplier.
Shipping questions may be sent to projects@keystonesanctuary.com or directed to (412) 202-2171.
